Day 2 ... shopping, shopping, shopping
Corey and Brett got into Anchorage late last night. Today a van carts us to a grocery store to supplement our 300,000-plus calories (no exaggeration) with a few goodies, then it's off to Talkeetna and the air taxi airfield.
Corey and Brett should have arrived here in Anchorage sometime late last night, and probably interrupted my sleep in the process. Today we're getting picked up by a van service, carted to a grocery store where we'll supplement the 300,000+ calories (don't think I'm exaggerating) we're already toting, with some extra goodies to make meals more enjoyable - and then we'll settle in for the night in Talkeetna after stowing our duffels with the air taxi service at the airfield.
