McKinley Training - Week 3 of 26

Last week I made two trips to the gym (just running and weights) and three stair running trips: fifty flights the first time and sixty-three each of the last two times. The last time, I managed to do the whole set up stairs (21 stories), without stopping, twice, which is a vast improvement over the first stair running trip, in which it took no fewer than three distinct "sessions" to get to the top, spaced by lots of breathing. Still, I can't quite imagine running up 1,576 steps ... at a rate of 1 story (~18 steps) every 7 seconds. I'm not quite at the point where I'm willing to time myself either. Soon though.

And be sure to ridicule me if I post a pathetic weekly review of my training. Otherwise, there's no accountability.

Also, I won the $5 bet. My sister still has her job.
