Movies and Mountains
I think I could happily watch nearly any movie if I could have The Expendables as a chaser immediately afterwards. Truly it cleanses the palette.
The Magic Trackpad arrived today. It's awesome. The jury is still out on whether I'll want to switch completely away from the Magic Mouse, but at the very least they work well together.
I've got the Mt. Shuksan / Baker pictures posted. Helmet cam footage, tracklogs and waypoints remain forthcoming.
This picture (click for a much larger version) best shows the route. We start by heading up from camp (not shown) and then traversing way to the left until we can finally get across that huge crevasse (schrund?) near the bottom of the picture. Finally, the long slog up the access ramp begins which ends at the base of the ice cliffs (near the arrow). The ice cliffs eventually level out a bit and terminate into a very pleasant walk across the top to the actual summit (not shown).

Based on the GPS data, here's the same route (via Google Earth). Click to see the larger version in which the white route line is visible against the white snow. The GPS died before we got the summit, but it was on and tracking for all of the interest route finding.
