Mt. McKinley Routine Part 7
I slacked off a bit this week because I'm working on an interesting little side project, and this project, combined with company parties, have kept me up way too late the last several evenings. I'll post about the project after I've got it done.
This morning I did all 60 flights of stairs with 43 pounds in 45 minutes. This is roughly 5 minutes slower than last time, but I didn't use the trekking poles at all on the way up. Once I can get the time down a bit, I'll add another 10 pounds. Wash. Rinse. Repeat.
