Swimming: Day 5
Swam 20 x 50 meter laps (1000 meters) in thirty-seven minutes. I felt pretty good when I stopped; definitely could have kept going. To reach my goal I need to swim an additional 12 laps (600 meters) and I need to do it seven minutes faster than I swam the 20 laps today. Still got a ways to go.
After I swim on Monday, I can finally post a graph showing the first two data points; can't wait.
