Unicycle Post #3
I got a call around noon saying that my unicycle was ready to be picked up; off to the store to pick it up.
Update: Very spiffy looking. The seat is too high though. This house has no allen wrenches, so, I can't adjust it. And even if I could, the pole on which the seat (err, saddle) is sitting, is too long, and will run into the tire if I lower it much. Time to call the store and see what they recommend. Going back to the store.
Update: They hacked a chunk of the pole off, and now the seat is at a much more comfortable level. And they fixed the tire pressure. And I bought some gloves so that I won't break my wrists. I'd like to avoid that. The store front for unicycle.com indicates that it is also the home of ... drum roll ... banjo.com. Exciting stuff.
Update: Wow ... this isn't very easy. I can idle for a second or two. Trying to roll backwards promptly ends with my being tossed backwards.
