Wine: Blackwing 2006 Shiraz of South Australia

My answer to Nate's beer blog. I almost always buy Pinot Noir, so tonight I strayed and tried a Shiraz. It started out almost buttery, which is not what I look for in a red wine, or any color wine, or anything except butter. Not disappointing, just not what I'm after.
