Dinner is Served

I'm still putting together my Alaska menu. Breakfasts (cereal, oatmeal, fd eggs, bacon, etc.) and dinners (dinty moore, fd meals, fajitas, etc.) are accounted for elsewhere. So, the following accounts for lunches and snacks (to supplement other meals). Anything moderately perishable (like cheese) or crushable (like the crackers) I'll pick up on the drive from Anchorage to Talkeetna.

As a rough estimate, breakfast and dinner together will provide ~1,000 calories per day, leaving a *minimum* of ~3,000 (and ideally 4,000 - but I never can eat that much) calories that need to be provided by lunch / snacks (ie, the stuff below) ... for twenty-five days. Meaning, 75,000 calories.

A real man would just bring sugar (for carbohydrates), lard (~7oz provides 1,849 calories) and some source of protein. Each meal you just down a cup of sugar, a cup of lard, a chunk of beef (or maybe egg yolks?) and then throw up violently. As such, I've decided to provide for a bit of variety in my menu.

The stuff with question-marks is tentative. I just have another 32,000 calories to decide on.
