FedEx Ground Sucks, Day 4

Delivery day! ... again. The FedEx tracking page shows nothing new so I called again. This time they transferred me to a guy at the local delivery center place. He explains that he'll locate the package and give me a call back by 5pm to let me know what's going on. While I'm pleased with his enthusiasm, I'm not actually expecting him to call ... ever.

5pm came and went ... no phone call. Heart attack ensues.
