Swimming: Day 8
I took off yesterday (both swimming and weights) to give my body a break. I guess it was happy because the mile swim dropped by 08:53 to 40:49 (which puts me just a little shy of 1.5 mph overall). Additionally, I was doing a much better job of really reaching with each stroke, and aside from maybe one or two exceptions I didn't stop for more than a few seconds at a time to take a couple deep breaths, which means cardio is catching up.
I could probably cut off another five minutes just by learning to do flip-turns.
