I haven't truly loved a video game since Myth 2: Soulblighter, Bungie's magnum opus. The open-source 0 A.D. shows promise, though I waited years for Spore only to watch EA ruin it. And there are no Dwarfs lobbing bombs, so.
I haven't truly liked a video game since Myth 2: Soulblighter - a work of genius brought to us by Bungie. It is undoubtedly their magnum opus.
Although probably still years from a full release, 0 A.D. by Wildfire Games shows promise. There's a short game play video here. On the other hand, I waited years for Spore only to have it ultimately ruined by EA Games. And I don't see any Dwarfs lobbing bombs, so it can't truly replace Myth. But, we'll see....
