Swimming: Day 9
Swam a mile in 41:46 (1.44 mph overall), which is just a bit slower than last time. Instead of searching for the real cause of this decline I'm just going to assume it had something to do with the full chicken I ate a few hours before swimming. I'm also quite happy to see that the nearly nine minute improvement last time was not entirely a fluke.
I've also come to accept that fact the when it comes to kicking (when swimming), I'm a retard. After a short break I did one lap with a paddle board, just kicking. It was painfully slow and quite tiring. I'm pretty sure I'm not kicking correctly. I've got to dig up some information on this.

Earlier today I put a bunch of eggs in a pot, added water and started the cooking process. An hour later I remember my eggs, the water having nearly boiled dry. I haven't cracked any of them open yet; I'm not expecting to find anything edible though. This is the sort of thing that happens when I try to exist without a microwave (for its kitchen timer).
