FedEx Ground Sucks, Day 7
The dude from Friday never called back and the tracking page didn't change at all over the weekend. I called FedEx again (I'm quite profficient at navigating their phone system, these days). The lady put me on hold while she called the local delivery center people. Ten-ish minutes later she comes back and explains that she can't reach anyone, and that she can put me through to their voicemail. I agree and then she had technical difficulties, so I just said that I'd call back later.

I called back (as promised) and I was told that the Home Delivery People don't deliver on Sundays or Mondays and that in fact the place was closed today so there would be no way to get in touch with them (hence the failure of the previous call, it seems). She seemed hopefuly that it would be delivered tomorrow. Riiiight.
