FedEx Ground Sucks, Day 9

No package, still. I called again and the lady finally got through to someone at the local deliver place but she was put on hold for so long that she finally gave up. Then she transferred me to a "trace agent" who also tried to contact someone at the local delivery place, and after half a dozen attempts, similarly gave up. Maybe there is a mob of angry customers who are sieging the place. Happy thought, there.

So, this trace agent "sent a message" to the local delivery place, along with the driving directions I had previously supplied and my phone number. She suggested that I call back tomorrow. I leave Friday morning, so, this sucks.

I think I'm going to call Kensington (the folks from whom I made this purchase) and complain to them.

Called Kensington and was told that they don't have a FedEx rep and that it is pretty much impossible to find someone at FedEx who can actually fix a problem. Despite this, she volunteered to call FedEx and see if she could get through to a supervisor. She took down my phone number and said that she'd call back in a bit. Oh the suspense.

Meanwhile, UPS just made three on-time deliveries.
