Frequency Range Selection & Overview

Zero-padding the FFT means the full 190KHz span no longer fits at 100% zoom, so I added a tiny overview graph up top. Option-drag now highlights a frequency range, in anticipation of right-click demodulate. It's 3am; that's all for now.
