Three Gap
For a couple years I've done the three-gap ride up north: Woody, Wolfpen, and Neel. Discovering Google Earth's elevation profile let me finally compare my route against all those complaints of 20-percent-plus grades. Apparently it's a respectable ride.
For a couple years now I've done this 3-gap ride up North, which includes Woody Gap, Wolfpen Gap and finally Neel Gap. Having recently learned of the "elevation profile" feature of Google Earth, I grabbed my GPS and loaded the last ride. I've heard many people complain of 20%+ grades but it wasn't until now that I had any way to compare. Apparently this is a respectable ride.
