VBS Days 3, 4 and 5

I could seriously get used to this lifestyle where I come home from working out and the house is perfectly still and quiet. It's amazing.

Thanks to this VBS being hosted by our own church, the kids aren't coming home with dispensational talking points or questions about dinosaurs roaming the Earth millions of years ago.

My Latest Parenting Failure

I enjoy good food, but on the whole I find eating, in itself, to be boring. I need to do something while I'm eating. Talking doesn't fit the bill because (1) the table is filled with little people who are not (yet?) gifted with the power of conversation, and (2) talking is mutually exclusive with actually eating, unless you're into talking with your mouth full of food, but I am not into that.
