Interviewing for a Senior Staff role that requires cryptography and network programming, and the first technical interview focuses entirely on MVVM with SwiftUI. Why? I could learn that in a couple hours. Thankfully the last two rounds were more on point.
So, I'm interviewing for this Senior Staff level software engineering position that requires knowledge of cryptography and network programming / extensions. There's a series of three technical interviews and the first interview focusses entirely on applying the MVVM pattern with SwiftUI. Why?? If I can't answer those questions, I could dedicate a couple hours on Day 1 to learning it. Why focus on that? Thankfully, the final two technical interviews were much more on point.
