Elgato Stream Deck for Workouts?

I've wanted an Elgato Stream Deck for years without a justification. Now, chasing three workouts a week, I'm imagining a button per exercise to track reps and sets with live web stats. I still haven't pulled the trigger, but the idea is awfully tempting.

My Starlink Mini arrived, not quite as mini as I'd hoped but impressively light. Setup was smooth even pointed the wrong way under trees, though I was surprised by the DC plug instead of USB-C. Next step: hauling it down to the waterfalls to see if remote work from the creek is feasible.

Starlink Mini for the Park

A Starlink Mini and battery are headed for my desk. The parks we can reach have little or no cell service, and a normal work schedule means most of the year it's dark by EOD. With internet at the picnic table, I can stay at the park as long as the kids want.

AGI Meets Apple TV

So now we have Macs with A-series processors and iPads with M-series processors. Apple just announced a $599 MacBook Neo with the A18 Pro, the first Mac powered by an iPhone chip. This feels like something broke in the product pipeline.

Ditching Squarespace for Ghost

A three or four page site facing a nearly $300 Squarespace renewal. So I spun up a Ghost instance, copy-pasted the content, repointed the nginx proxy, confirmed it worked, and clicked Cancel. Cha-ching. I wasn't getting my money's worth. Good riddance.
