It sounds terrible, but it is recognizable. I (temporarily) gave up on the time-domain filtering and decided to go the route of:
* FFT the data to the frequency-domain
* Zero out everything except for the selected range
* Shift the selected range down to (near) zero Hz
* FFT the data back to

I successfully tore out the old ftdx usb driver from Static and implanted libftdi which works completely differently, of course.

What is it?
Centered around 146.575MHz is this crazy signal. Sadly, my HT can't distinguish the signal beyond noise, while the big antenna is only connected to a program that can't demodulate (as of yet). So I'm left to wonder. It sure looks interesting though.
